Reviews are most useful to other dry eye patients — and most useful to us — when they include specific details. If you’re not sure what to mention, here are some prompts:

  • What symptoms brought you in? (e.g., burning, watering, gritty feeling, fluctuating vision, contact lens intolerance)
  • What had you tried before that didn’t work? (artificial tears, prescription drops like Restasis or Xiidra, etc.)
  • What did the evaluation reveal? (MGD, Demodex, ocular rosacea, post-LASIK dry eye, autoimmune, etc.)
  • What treatment did you receive? (IPL, RF, LLLT, scleral lenses, combined protocol)
  • What changed for you? (less drop dependency, more comfortable screen time, better contact lens tolerance, etc.)

You’re welcome to keep it short — even a few sentences about what helped you is meaningful. We read every review, and we use the feedback to keep improving how we care for patients.
